All This Could Be Different

Sneha is among the lucky ones as she graduates into the protracted jaws of an American recession. She relocated to Milwaukee in pursuit of an entry-level corporate job that, despite its challenges, is the key to all doors. She can pay for dinner with her new friend Tig, secure Thom's employment alongside her, and send money to her parents in India. When she starts dating, she quickly develops a deep affection for Marina, a stunning dancer who always appears to be out of reach.

However, problems soon arise. Sad truths come to light, careers collapse, and evictions are imminent. As Sneha's connections grow and she immerses herself in an intense romantic relationship with Marina, she finds it difficult to be completely honest and intimate with anybody. In an attempt to rescue them all, Tig starts to devise a drastic solution to their issues at that point.
