HONOR BREACHED

The covert assault on the Kingdom of Manticore by the People's Republic of Haven has not succeeded. The Peeps are in chaos, their leaders are engaged in a violent revolt for control, and the Royal Manticoran Navy is on top.

However, Manticore has internal issues of its own, and Honor Harrington may find that prosperity is even more perilous than failure. She is now alone, stuck in the center of a political crisis she never wanted and betrayed by a nasty, long-standing foe she had assumed to have defeated.

She is forced to fight for justice in a private war where her only options are death or a "victory" that would only bring her shame and the loss of all she holds dear. She has never prepared for this kind of conflict.
