Isabel Ward has never been rattled by a guy. That is, until Aiden Hennessy, bearing ownership documents, enters her gym.

The former fighter is a lot of things — a single dad, a widower trying to start over, and a watchful presence that knocks her off her very capable feet.

To exacerbate the situation, Isabel spent her whole adolescence developing a crush on him. Now that she has to see him every day, the doodling in her journals and the letters she wrote expressing her admiration—though never sent—haunt the living daylights out of her.
