Killing November

Completely off the grid, the school is encircled by traps and concealed by a thick forest. There is an eye-for-an-eye legal system in place, no internet or electricity. Everything from Knife Throwing and Poisons to Historical Analysis and the Art of Deception are covered in class. The pupils are all the offspring of the most accomplished strategists in the world, and they are all being trained to be expert impersonators, spies, advisers, and assassins. November Adley enters this environment and soon finds that there aren't many friends in a school where sharing personal information is frowned upon and winning is the only thing that matters. All eyes are on November when another student is killed. She has to figure out exactly how she fits into the strange strategic games played at the school before she is convicted of the crime and ends up as the killer's next victim.
