Leviathan Falls

With the demise of the Laconian Empire, Winston Duarte's dominance over the thirteen hundred solar systems has come to an end. However, the battle against our universe has reopened since the old foe that murdered the gate builders is still active.

Elvi Okoye, a half-alien kid carrying the burden of her research, conducts a frantic scientific expedition in the dead system of Adro to discover what the gate builders were and what killed them, even if it meant putting herself and the children at risk. Colonel Aliana Tanaka searches for the lost daughter of Duarte as well as the broken emperor throughout the many human systems. James Holden and his crew are fighting to reconstruct humanity's future aboard the Rocinante from the broken pieces and wreckage of all that has gone before.

Holden and a gang of odd friends find themselves in a final, desperate attempt to bring mankind together as virtually unthinkable forces get ready to wipe out all human existence. If they succeed, they will be rewarded with a wide galactic society free from factions, lies, and secrets.
