However, the man facing criminal charges already has an attorney: Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy, the tough young heir to the esteemed Pemberley Associates legal practice. Lizzie is committed to solving the crime before Darcy does in order to demonstrate to the world that a woman is capable of being just as competent as a male. (It doesn't help that Darcy is an annoying snob.) However, the murderer remains at large, and as the investigation becomes more intricate, Lizzie and Darcy might need to collaborate in order to prevent becoming the next victims.
