The release date for the English version of 'Sorrow and Bliss' by Meg Mason is Feb 2021. If you enjoy this novel, it is available for buy as a paperback from Barnes & Noble or Indigo, as an ebook on the Amazon Kindle store, or as an audiobook on Audible.

The protagonist of this book is a lady named Martha. She is aware that something is amiss with her, but she is unsure of what. Patrick, her spouse, believes she is doing well. Everyone has something, he argues; the important thing is to keep moving forward.

Prior to their marriage, Martha informed Patrick that she was against having children. Even though he doesn't appear to be able to make her happy, he said it didn't matter since he has loved her since he was fourteen and that's what mattered most.

By the time Martha discovers the problem, it is essentially unimportant. The one thing she has ever desired is too late to be obtained. Alternatively, if you can discover something else to desire, it can turn out that you can quit loving someone and start over from scratch.
