There are, of course, the lovable and wacky locals who feel more like one big extended family, my boy-crazed Gran who keeps us all on our toes, and my ex, who never understood the meaning of "no."
...However, it seems like something has been absent, and the stars decide to fix it by delivering four attractive men to my door. Not quite, though. I become their landlord when they move into the apartment above my shop. A whole new form of magic begins to blossom between us as a result of these mages who blasted into town on a job mission. However, my powers are acting strangely, and there's also a bothersome prophecy to fulfill.
In Emerald Lakes, strange and supernatural things seem to be developing, and I can't help but feel that something profound is about to happen to me.
I can only hope I don't go insane while exploring this entire new magical universe.
This is a romantic book that is quite long. MM material is present. It has fleeting allusions to domestic abuse and other subjects that readers might find upsetting, and it finishes on a cliffhanger.
