The release date for the English version of 'The Sentinel' by Lee Child is Oct 2020. If you enjoy this novel, it is available for buy as a paperback from Barnes & Noble or Indigo, as an ebook on the Amazon Kindle store, or as an audiobook on Audible.

Reacher, as usual, has no specific destination in mind and plenty of time to get there. He finds himself at a community close to Pleasantville, Tennessee, one morning.

However, there is nothing enjoyable about the location.

In the middle of the day, Reacher sees a poor victim entering a trap. "It was four against one," so Reacher steps in and resolves the disagreement using his own special style.

Rusty Rutherford, a modest IT manager who was just sacked due to a hack that locked up the town's data, records, information, and secrets, is the guy he rescues. Rutherford wants to remain where he is, seem innocent, and clean his record.

Reacher finds it intriguing. The narrative is not over yet. The criminals that broke into Rutherford are involved in a terrible and sinister plot that involves murder, a cover-up, and a mousy little man with a coffee-stained shirt who has no clue what he's up against.

First rule: always have Reacher close by case you don't realise what kind of problem you're in.
