There is not a map of this woodland. Every car breaks down near the edge of a tree. Mina's is the same. Mina is abandoned and driven into the pitch-black forest, where she hears a woman yelling for her to flee to a concrete bunker. Screams fill the building as the door shuts behind her.
Mina discovers herself in a room with a glass wall and an electric light that turns on when the Watchers emerge above ground at dusk. These animals show up to watch their captured humans; if they don't make it to the bunker in time, bad things happen to them.
Mina is scared and alone in an unfamiliar place, and she needs help badly. The Watchers are who? Why are they being held captive by these creatures? Most importantly, how is she going to get out?
