When in Rome

In this endearing romantic comedy from the creator of the TikTok phenomenon The Cheat Sheet, a stranded pop star and a small-town baker find that opposites really do attract.

Rae Rose, as her devoted followers call Amelia Rose, is exhausted after years of maintaining her "princess of pop" persona. She decides to take a trip to Rome, Kentucky, in the middle of the night after seeing Roman Holiday, her favorite Audrey Hepburn movie.

Noah Walker makes it obvious he doesn't have the time or sympathy for celebrity issues when he discovers Amelia on his front yard in her broken-down automobile. He's too busy telling his inquisitive yet endearing neighbors to shut up and managing the pie store his grandmother left him. He allows her to remain in his guest room against his better judgment, but only while her vehicle is being repaired; after that, she is on her own.

Then Rae Rose begins to show Noah a new side of herself; she's Amelia, silly and kindhearted but lonely after years of being in the spotlight. He finds himself drawn to her. Amelia will be shown by Noah all the quaint small-town experiences she has been missing before she must soon return to her luxurious life on tour, and she will also help him widen his heart.

Amelia finds herself enamored with the quaint village and her sour tour guide, but even Audrey had to go from Rome at some point.
