Wild at Heart

Calla Fletcher is a changed person when she returns to Toronto; she is still much in love with the rough and tumble bush pilot she left behind, but she is now having direction issues. She takes the risk and heads back to Alaska to start their exciting future together when Jonah shows up at her door with a proposal she can't turn down.

However, Calla quickly discovers that even the greatest of intentions may result in unfulfilled expectations, and that making a compromise has a high cost: a log home in a remote area of inner rural Alaska that seems as lonely as the western tundra.

Calla struggles to choose her own path since Jonah isn't home as often as he is, one neighbour wants to make her a genuine Alaskan, and another seems more inclined to shoot her than help her.
